The location here is beautiful, close to a lovely park, and the room is spacious with a super comfortable bed.

The Hotel is clean and simple.

I was given room 508 initially for two nights until I asked for a change of room. The fire fan prevented me from sleeping and it took 48 hours for the staff to tell me the fan cannot be turn off.This is an unlettable room and I was not happy being given it.

Conveniently located near Dolce Vita Monumental with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby 🍽️. the area is bustling with a lot of things to do within walking distance.

I found my room (a twin) extremely comfortable. The shower (once you got the hang of it) was excellent.The staff were very friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was tasty, particularly their raisin bread, and very good value (Caffe Llongo from the machine). The hotel is within easy walking distance (downhill) to the centre of lisbon, with metro and bus stops (including an Aerobus stop) almost outside the door for the return trip. 2 shopping complexes are nearby and some fine restaurants in Av Duque de Avila.

The sound on the TV was governed to quite a low level and the picture became very dark at times.

Comfortable room with stylish decor and a great bathroom. I appreciated having a mini fridge, air conditioning, and a personal safe in the room - very convenient! 😊

Breakfast expensive and low quality, I would just go to a small cafe or pastelerias nearby. there is no iron in the room

The location here was quiet during our stay and within a 20-minute walk of Parc Eduardo VII, close to a commercial area.

Location, close to metrostation and bus to and from the airport. Close to the old city center. Liked the interior design: the lobby, the room, the breakfast room. Nice breakfast. Free wifi.

Location Breakfast area was excellent-- was this the same hotel ??? This was the nicest part of the hotel.

Small checkin desk that was cracked and held together with clear tape. Had to schlep the bags up a flight of stair to get to elevator unless you used a handicap platform. Tacky setup. No overhead light on exit from elevator on third floor- burnout. Plumbing leak and wet wall in bedroom from bath plumbing. Doubt thisa had been reported before by staff.

Enjoyed a modern and quiet room that had a minibar and all the essentials - it had everything I needed! 🌟

Very clean hotel and rooms, very helpful english-speaking staff and good breakfasts. Beds very comfortable. Good location near to metro lines.

Very little to not like, but the bedroom was a bit sparsely furnished; it could have done with another chair.
